I write and edit Hex Hardware. It is a one-person site, so every article here is mine. I mostly write about CPUs: overclocking, undervolting, architecture, and buying guides. This is just for time because I am going to cover everything about computer hardware here. I try to explain how a part works in plain words. I also tell you when a tweak is not worth your time.
My background
I am an electronic engineer, PC builder, PC hardware reviewer, and technology writer. I am deeply interested in computers and how they work. In college, I studied the workings of computers and electronics in general. We were taught subjects like electronics components, digital electronics, C language, and many other things. This built a strong foundation of the internal workings of computers.

However, I was always interested in electronics since my childhood. I have always loved fixing things like radios, TVs, smartphones, etc. This interest took me into electronics engineering, and now I share my knowledge with people on the internet.

Before launching Hex Hardware, I was working on storedbits.com, which I sold to a big firm due to personal issues. But that blog was focused solely on computer storage, while this one will cover everything ranging from CPUs, RAM, graphics cards, SSDs, and other things. Along with that, I have written some guest posts on TheSSDReview.com and other publications. Besides, I take freelance projects mainly in tech, gadgets, and computer hardware niches.
I am also a gamer and PC builder, so I will share reviews and guides on getting the best performance and efficiency from your PC. I will help you make wise decisions while buying components for building computers. With that said, let’s connect if you want on LinkedIn.
My PC
Whatever I do, I do on an Intel Core i5-12600K, an MSI Pro Z690-A, a 240mm AIO cooler, and DDR5-4800. I built it around the 12600K in 2022. My Intel overclocking and undervolting results come from this machine. For this overclocking guide, I have used the same computer.

I also have an old laptop with an Intel Core i3-6006U processor, which I have upgraded well. So, I will be posting those guides here.
How I write
I check claims against manufacturer documents and research papers, and I link them so you can read the source. When I am not sure about something, I say so. If you find a mistake, tell me. I will fix it.
What is next?
CPUs come first. I plan to move to other components later.
